We currently ship to locations within India. We are continuously expanding our shipping network to serve more areas. Please check during checkout if we ship to your location.

3. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

Express Delivery

Express delivery options are available for select products and locations. Express orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days (additional charges may apply).

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Shipping method selected
  • Order value (free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount)

5. Cash on Pickup (COP)

For customers who prefer Cash on Pickup:

  • You can place an order online and select COP as your payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email with order details
  • You must pick up your order from our store within the specified time frame
  • Payment is made in cash when you collect your order
  • Please bring a valid ID and order confirmation when picking up

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section. Real-time tracking information is available once the package is in transit.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.

8. Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us immediately:

  • Package not received within estimated delivery time
  • Damaged package upon delivery
  • Wrong items received
  • Missing items from your order
