Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may return products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- All original tags, labels, and accessories are included
- The product has not been damaged by misuse or negligence
- You have the original invoice or receipt
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items purchased during special sales (unless specified otherwise)
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible.
Step 3: Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team. Include the RA number in the package.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Online payments (Pine Labs, Paytm): Refund to original payment method
- Cash on Pickup (COP): Refund via bank transfer or store credit
Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless:
- The product is defective or damaged
- We sent the wrong product
- The return is due to our error
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product following our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process upon receipt.
